Time spent with little ones in the hospital can be difficult for everyone. Prayers for a fantastic outcome and for a smooth and swift recovery.

Thanks for all the support and prayers. Everything went well today. A little scare after they brought her up to her room because her oxygen levels dipped but everything is great now. Time for rest and recovery!

I'm so glad to hear that!!! There is no worse and more helpless feeling than seeing a loved one hurt, especially a child. I hope she recovers well! I am VERY happy for your family!

Always love to hear good news on things like this. They bounce back fast. Rest goes for family as well.

It is downright amazing what medical staff can do. Some real quality people devote their lives helping the most vulnerable, and we thank them.

Glad to hear all went well.

Just curious, as she was 18 months I assume she was walking by now. When and how did you and your wife figure there was a problem? Or was this something that was known at time of birth and y'all had to wait until she was 18 mos to have the surgery?
