Aren't real pullups more impressive? And, is it safe to use so much momentum? Doesn't look like it's too friendly on the spine.

Sabi real pull-ups are more impressive. Put these are purposeful movements like gymnastics. That's the base of the kipping and muscle up. It takes technique

They need to come up with a new name for what those are called. Although I'm sure it is difficult to do so many in a short amount of time. Those are not actually pull-ups.

It's the newer or older crowd who try it, LE. Not much different than any other activities. It's just something else that gets them more work.

Word. Just looks dangerous and I don't know which muscle it's supposed to work.
