Maybe she'll kill herself in jail and UT will name a road after her.

She should be fired for acting like a shitty role model to all her students.

Later in the video, on her way to the station, she is talking to a cop who tells her that black people have "violent tendencies." I just...I mean...even if you do believe that is true, why would you tell the person you just arrested, who is of that race, and on video??? Now people will think that Austin cops are all racist.
I had a friend get arrested at an LSU away game and they said while booking him that "they like to arrest the LSU Fans when they're in town".
He didn't sue. Despite the fact that LSU is his religion.

That was the biggest BS, fake tears, I'm wanting my lawyer to get me some money, personal testimony I have ever heard.
She was pulled over for speeding and knew it but tried to park and go into the store quickly to avoid a ticket
she argues about getting back into the car (I have no idea why the cop wanted her back in the vehicle where there could possibly be a weapon unless it was to get her paperwork)
she does not put her feet back into the car as asked multiple times
she did not follow directions
she continued to resist in the car after being asked to step out
she conveniently fails to remember swinging at the officer
she never tired to put her hands behind her back
she continued to resist multiple times
she was the only one cursing on the video
she was the only one bringing up race on the video
She was not significantly injured during the arrest
This was all a year ago and corrective action has already been taken in the effect the cop could have de escalated the incident from the very beginning.
The 2nd cops statements about violent tendencies in blacks is scientifically proven and correct.
His opinion about why some races fear other races is point on even if his percentage (99) given was and overstatement of reality.

She finally did get back in the car.
She was asked to put her legs in the car and shut the door, which she did not do.

LSUTANGERINE, is a black person ever at fault? Just curious. Or is the white man just forever holding the black man down?

And who pays teachers' salaries? You know, like you paying the cop's salary (with your chest all puffed out)

She didn't do anything he asked her too. Who the hell gets out of their car when getting pulled over? That being said, that scenario didn't need to take place. He could've been more patient.

Much more difficult to run or attack if the door is closed.

frick being politically correct anymore. The cop didn't lie and spoke the truth. The truth hurts sometimes

lol, wow. It might be that department's protocol that drivers are to remain in their vehicles during traffic stops. Why? Unknown flight risk, unknown criminal history, unknown violent tendencies...I can go on and on and on

FIRST OFF, it's San Marcos not fricking San Marcus. Pronounce it correctly.
Now that we've gotten that out of the way, do I think the officer was overly aggressive? Yes. Do I care? No. This is nothing more than a life lesson of, "don't be an a-hole."
When you are pulled over by a policeman, you never immediately exit your vehicle. If you don't understand that you probably shouldn't have a license to drive.
Next, when the officer asks you to get back in the car, put your foot back in the car, etc. just fricking do it. Don't be an a-hole and sit halfway in the car or with your leg jolting out. This isn't normal behavior and it isn't acceptable.
Finally, whomever you encounter in life, whether it be a waitress, bank teller, bar tender, valet, police officer, etc. don't say, "could you hurry up, please?" They'll rightfully never expedite the process and generally only bad things (cook wipes his arse with your hamburger, bartender blows snot in your drink, valet drives with your parking breaks on, etc) can happen. This goes back to my general theme of, "don't be an a-hole."
When you are pulled over (especially for something minor), generally the ball is in your court of how you want the encounter to go. So, that being said.....
Don't be an a-hole.

Well then his taxes technically do pay for her shite just like a police officer if she's at a state school.
Seems like both those retards should be supported off my tax dollars.

I agree. It was beyond pathetic.

So what? It's like the Sandra Bland case where he asks her to put out her cigarette. She didn't comply and he went apeshit. So once again, he asked her to do something of no consequence, and she didnt' comply. So what? Move on.

Did she? It's hard to tell from the video.

Same as above.

I tried to go back and find this but lost my patience. I will take your word that she did.
She should be charged for resisting and the cop should get remedial training.
Also, the cop should know better than getting baited into a race discussion. Even if he wants to give a candid answer.

Where does she teach? Public or private? How many people is she responsible for in her household?
All these questions aside, if she teaches at a public school then who pays her salary???
