You hold all the cards. frick with his food. He never has to know. Secondly, get the fricking footage of him vandalizing your car. Police will pick him up, find drugs, and you're good. If theres no cameras, then mess with his car, and film him leaving so when he retaliates, you have proof.

Go above your local managers head and report it to the regional manager and the parent company. Report it as harassment by management friends that includes sexual harassment of your coworkers. All hell will rain on your managers.
