This is probably the approach I should take, not giving a frick. The problem is is that its affecting me even though I am minding my own business. I am getting shittier sections at work and I am not respected by the management anymore.

My buddy Nelson told me what I have since termed "Nelson's Postulate" and I live my life by it-Make ALL your decisions based on whether or not they improve your quality of life.
That doesn't mean you won't have to eat some shite. Everybody does. Even fricking BB King has to eat a shite sandwich twice a year. But you really want to minimize it. People who talk about "Alpha and Beta" are boys. Men guard their well-being, don't get drawn into the mini-drama, and know when to walk away. It's time for you to PROFESSIONALLY walk away from a situation that is having a negative effect on your quality of life. Which is the only thing that matters.
Just be above all this bullshite bro. Physical violence and bullshite drama and he said/ she said just doesn't ever end up where you want it to.
You know what to do.

Whether its your fault or not you have thoroughly shite the nest at this job. The job will never get any better. If its a chain you can cause your manager some major headaches through the complaint procedure and if you have enough documentation you might even lawyer up and get a small settlement but be aware of how closeknit and incestous the restaurant community is in a smaller city. They're all drinking together at the same dive bars after closing time so when you file an official complaint you're effectively blackballing yourself from the entire industry.
