FWIW a good buddy of mine and him were on a bar be que cook off team. He was with him for a weekend and said he was a very likeable fella. My buddy said he told him how he makes Jambalaya and Guy wrote it down to try it out.

I spoke with the owner of Katies in Mid City NOLA when DDD did their episode there....He said Guy was cool and was hungover as shite because the Crew went to a Saints game the night before. Said the dude loves NOLA.
