Surely I'm not the only one who thinks this. Occasionally, I find myself weirded out by the hospitality that CFA gives to their customers. Like, dude, we went to high school together, why are you calling me "sir" like we didn't grow up together?? Do you guys think they go too far with their kindness?

Since I know they have to do it, it kind of creeps me out

I hate that they assume my gender.

I dont know if they are too nice or what but what ever that place is doing, everyone else should pay attention

The damn Chic FiL A near my house on Spout Springs road will have a line wrapped around it 3 times tomorrow at lunch and people will still stop and get in line. There will be 6 or7 workers outside working the drive through to get the orders out

Something is working

Yes. I'm all for being nice to everyone but I've always found people who are overly nice really annoying. Also, I know they're told to say it but I wish they'd just say "you're welcome" instead of "my pleasure"

Hell no. It makes up for all the other times I just got handed my food or got a 'I'm too lazy to care about my job and I could care less if you come back or if your order is wrong' look.

All Mormons are creepy nice, it's how they trick new members into joining.

Nice tweet. I've only seen it like 30 other times the past week.

I am sorry you couldn't get hired there but it really is for the best for all concerned.

They are trying to balance out all of the others in all of the other FF joints in the freaking world....It ain't easy.

No such thing as too nice.

There is such a thing as too uptight and be affected by it though.

Not at all.

I'll take the overly nice worker over the one that probably spit in my food because I'm white.

Insane question. I can't stand being called "buddy", "bro", or "dude", or "guy", or any one of those trashy names thrown around among friends. We're strangers, we should both be as respectful as possible. In his job he is representing his company, and just because hes your friend doesn't mean he should change giving respect to customers.

I like it when my fast food workers smile and can speak clear English

Some miserable peeps up in this place.

It's a sad reality that people have grown an aversion to manners.

Also, the service is fantastic. That one on Millerville will be 15 cars deep and I'll still only have to wait 5 minutes and my order is almost always correct.
