Are hosting parties in an apartment complex trashy?

Going to a wedding shower at an apartment complex. Parking is a headache, and people that live here are randomly walking thru going to the pool. Makes me wonder if out of all the friends and family these people don't know anyone with a house. Feel like trash being here.

Ease up on your friend. As long as his F&F don't act like asses, and he gave proper warning to the complex, what's trashy about hosting a party in an apartment setting?

Anyone that lives in an apartment shouldn't be judged. We all know they are in a class of their own to begin with. I don't judge.

the only acceptable place in Baton Rouge to host a party at an apt is the Crescent on Stanford...anything else, trashy

i feel disgusted just reading a thread by someone who knows someone that lives in a cookie cutter apartment. People with my kinda money dont associate with people of your kind OP
