Anyway to make international flight more pleasant?

I always get sick on the plane; sneeze a lot, ear/sinus act up. I try to get drunk, never sleep, watch movies, but i can never really get comfortable. What are things you guys do to make the experience better? My friends say take benadryl to pass out,but I'd rather not wake up with a crooked neck.

I've had a TON of success by growing a beard, tanning a lot beforehand, wearing a really bulky vest underneath a t-shirt, and converting to Islam. I've never slept better on a flight after this.

Nasal moisturizer. The dry air in a plane always fricks up my nose and I found this helped.

Worked in 32 countries in the last decade- finally gave in and got a prescription for Ambien.
Wish I would have done it sooner.

Two things: Drink heavily and Ambien. Those are the only two things you need for a long flight.

I get on the new double-decker A380s and sit upstairs. I bring my own speakers and play loud rap music down through the floor to the lower level.

You need to suck it up, honestly. If the seat belt sign isn't on, get up every few minutes and stretch, do some squats. No need to get blood clots.
When you do get tired, eye mask and neck pillow - perfect combination. When you wake up, go back to doing squats and stretching.

I sleep like a baby on planes. Just pull an all nighter and be ready to sleep when the flight takes off.

Just a simple thing like having headphones for music makes a huge difference for me. I use noise cancelling ones but bring what you have.
I took a half an ambien before a flight to London and was so excited I never fell asleep. So don't half arse the ambien.

Ambien is the answer. Took 10 mg 1 hour out side Houston and slept almost all the way to Amsterdam. My wife didn't wAnt to take one and she was pissed at me the whole way
