Me either. I listen to singing in the car music on the way to work and listen to smash people's head on the way to the gym.

Yeah there are nights I don't get to the gym until around 9:30 or 10.

I wish I could do that. I use to go at 9:30 in college. Now if it's past 7:30 I just don't go.

I can't go after work...I wish I could, but my gym is always packed with suburbanites like a marble in a cat's arse. That, and I'm so mentally drained after work, I just want to glue myself in front of my couch

Lift 5:00 am 3x every week
Rugby / Cardio 6p-9p 2x every week

I alternate my lifts in the mornings every month. I'll only go heavy (75-90% of max) 4-5 times a month while in-season. The rest of the lifting from November to April is usually just maintenance. When out of season, I'll lift heavy 1-2x per week, depending on how I'm feeling

I bet you hit that bed hard too. Running takes everything out of me.

I do an hour on the treadmill about five mornings a week from 8-9 or so unless I have a meeting.

I had a meeting this morning and now just finished a plate of super hash browns from Louie's.

Yeah I need the treadmill now with this gut bomb in me.

neighborhood, mostly

but I'll take my headlamp and hit the nearby trails sometimes if I feel like getting yelled at by the homeless people

I usually lift in the mornings and run in the evenings. Gym is a lot less crowded in the morning. No waiting and can get done quicker.

I would love to workout in the mornings before work, but heres the problem i have:
I dont like to lift weights on an empty stomach, so id have to eat first. Once i eat, i will need to shite. So once i wake up, eat, shite, and get dressed, 45 minutes have already passed and i havent even left the house yet.

Now that i actually think about it, i could probably get it all done and to work on time by waking up around 5am. But for me to get out of bed at 5am, id have to set my alarm for 4:30am. frick 4:30am if its not for hunting.

yeah the only issue with running that late is once I'm done, I just come home and shower and go to bed

doesn't leave much time for me and the wife...

Nice. There's a nice lake system down the road from me. Inner loop is 1.3 and outer is 3.4 miles, respectively. I went one early AM and was surprised by the amount of shelter-seekers out there. I bring my rape whistle now.

I prefer to get up and 5:00 and hit the gym for an hour. But I find it difficult to crawl away from my wife's warm body during cold weather. So I'm inconsistent at best.

That's my main issue. I try to lift heavy and need the energy. I would take way too long trying to cook breakfast lift, shower and get dressed.
