I can't seem to get my butt oút of bed. I usually go after work.

Those who do, is it heavy weight stuff, light weight or a cardio style of workout?

I've tried so many times, but I just can't seem to do it consistently.

I'll do really well for like 3 weeks, then go out of town or something and fall off when I get back.

Its just so goddamn hard for me to get up at 4:30 am but once I'm up, I love working out in the mornings

I did in the beginning of the year. Feels amazing.

Now I go after work now that I have a gym partner.

If it is below 40 degrees I stay my arse in bed and go after work. I like working out in the mornings more though.

Outside of your girl waking you up with a blowjob, it's the best way to start your day.

Force yourself to do it for a week and then see if it doesn't stick.

If by "workout in the morning" you mean pee outside, drink some coffee and knock the ceramic off the toilet bowl, then I have not missed a morning in years.

I'm really inconsistent about it, but when I do it makes me have way more energy throughout the day

I'm a morning person but I just don't have the anger in me to lift in the morning.
