its because they all want to follow nurses advice she got from her trainer and eat a billion little meals a day. who the frick can stand that. I would go insane too.

also lifting heavy shite kills them. and "OMG you want me to not eat for 16 hours? what about my muscles?????"

i will stick lifitng heavy shite and eating meals consisting of 16oz ribeyes, whole packs of bacon, white rice, potatoes, and my beloved sushi and still make progress. Ill kill a mother fricker if they try to take my sushi.

btw op, Im not saying CBL isn't for you or discounting it.

but most people in these threads asking this kind of stuff everyday are like 25-30% bf. they just need to concentrate on the things i posted, not advanced nutrition techniques.

Btw none of that changes the fact that your original statement was flat out wrong.

I don't do this Carb backloading. When I am trying to lose fat, I avoid all carbs and it works for me. After a few recent vacations, I am going to start doing it again (~100 g of carbs per day)

As far as workout, I have stated many times on the OT that my workout is the Body by Science. Google it.

..which is a great workout for getting your BMI into the optimal range, but that's it.

Thanks for sharing a dude doing a pull-up.

I'm sure anyone could cherry pick a video for any workout ever created to make it look good.

LINK

I'm going to buy some Metabofrick Max HD Super Ultra 9 Million from Bobby Mcfrickfit.

I'd argue that properly done iifym is advanced

Most people are too lazy to really nail these numbers down

You actually seem douchier than the real dan Bilzerian. Congrats.

And that video is of one of their clients/trainers at a Body by Science gym, so its not exactly cherry-picking.

Have you tried BBS? Read the book? Just the cover? SuperSlow is not a new concept and is accepted by a lot of people.

I've done Superslow HIT techniques and they aren't for everyone. Hell, I probably read up on SuperSlow techniques while you were still in HS.

Nope, more like I know more about various lifting techniques than most here.

Body by Science techniques aren't new.

Hell, Mentzer was promoting his own version of HIT in the 70s.
