I don't eat a lot. But what I do eat is terrible for my body

I eat around 2,800 calories a day
Tons of veggies and fruits and water. I'll go out and cheat Saturday nights and have around 3,500-4000

I feel like I'm going through something similar although not as severe.
A little over a year ago, I weighed myself for the first time in years and I was at a weight I never dreamed of hitting. I immediately started dieting and losing weight. I was encouraged by the results and got very strict with my food. I'd only eat healthy food but rarely ate anything after a late lunch. I went to bed hungry and woke up hungry but I lost 25% of my body weight over a period of about 4 months.
I am now a couple of pounds below the recommended weight for someone of my height. I've loosened up a little bit with the strict regimen but I still weigh myself every morning and use the weight to decide what/when I can eat that day. Like you, I think most of my stress comes when I'm forced out of my daily routine. I get nervous when I don't have access to the food that's helped me lose weight but that's getting better. You need to get out of your comfort zone a little at a time and realize that you can still maintain your weight. I know that I don't have a healthy relationship with food but I also realize that I'm getting better - it's not easy.
Spend more time with your kids. It's a lot more rewarding than a number on a scale.

Personally with the amount you work out, I don't see how you could get fat eating anything. I'd pig out. If you want to gain some mass though you may just need more protein.

You need to bump it up to around 3,200 calories. Also, you're missing essential fats (necessary for organ function), proteins, and other carbs such as potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, and steel cut oats.

Any man with an eating disorder, other than over eating, is not much of a man.

Didn't you post a thread where you said you went to the doctor and you had low iron? Your diet might be reflecting that. Not all vegetables have iron in them.

I'm always cold and hands and feet tingle. Also get light headed

maybe mentioned already, but...
First off, My LSU BS in psych says that the eating/ working out problem you are focused on is actually a manifestation of (a symptom) of the OCD. You need to seek a Psychiatrist and get on OCD meds asap.
Second, screw anyone who gives you shite about this being a feminine issue.
And last, don't EVER come here for advice unless you are trolling.
Good luck. Call for appt. now, cuz Psy'ists visits are notoriously hard to schedule within 30 days.

Met with a dietician today and did some tests
My stats
5'10, 145 lbs
7.3% body fat
38 heart rate
Very high alarming levels of inflammation in body from overuse. I never take a day off. My hormones are all out of whack
Thoughts?
