Agree.

I wanted mine and made it happen, but I certainly didn't celebrate it as an accomplishment.

It was really hard at the beginning. But a few years later it was the best thing that could of happened. I was looking at that chart 4 to 8 crazy, 1 to 10 hot. I had an 8 crazy and 8 hot. That guy was so right. If they fall above that crazy line, stay away from them. I believe most of what Chef on here says.
