I snore and it's making my wife crazy. Neither one of us can get a quality sleep lately because of it. I tried to PIIHB to defuse the situation, but it didn't help matters. Anyone here have a cure for snoring that works?

What is your neck size?
Loose weight
Cpap
If you don't do something it will eventually go away permanently so you can look forward to that.

Cpap machine.

Roll your pillow to be a neck support to cock your head back.

Breathe right nose strips.

Lose enough weight to get rid of the fat in your throat. Or get it lasered off.

Reading people's anecdotal evidence online has always given me a proper diagnosis.

Get a CPAP it will change your life

Looks goofy as hell and awkward at first but you will realize how shitty you were sleeping the first night you use it.
