I think a combination of growth potential, availability, median pay, and ceiling pay.

Also the quality of life was a big factor in this list as well:

"Personal satisfaction: A | Benefit to society: B | Low stress: A"

Those 3 things on top of making good money can make your life so much more enjoyable is what they are getting at I think.

I'm assuming they mean those that own their own yoga studio.

I'm not clicking all that....are nurses on that list?

I'm right there with you. But it is stable work that pays better than a lot of other jobs, so I don't mind all that much.

What's so funny about yoga instructors making 6 figures? You don't think the ones in Los Angeles get paid top dollar by wealthy celebrities?

#2 is bogus. Video game designers actually live a very stressful life with very bad hours. That money isn't that great either considering most of them live in San Francisco.

Super nice Yoga studios make a killing in major cities. The people that own the most popular studios in LA and SF and NY can literally make millions over years.

Yes, that is absurd, but its true.

However, for each super successful studio owner, there are 20 failed ones.

Number 11, 102k is definitely not the "top pay", though.

I have a good idea where you work

I bet we'll cross paths in some capacity at work one day. Might just be on a mass email, but I bet it happens.
