It's broken down into more specific job titles in this list. For instance, on the U.S. news list my job falls under computer systems analyst, but on this list they are more specific and my job falls under clinical apps specialist.

Ah...that makes sense.
In that case, I'm some weird combination of #8 DB Dev, #1 and Software Architect.
ETA: never mind. I found Systems Analyst at #92...so I did fall into the abyss

Videogame Designer is bullshite. The only way you get close to 70K is to own your own company, or work for a very small one.
yoga instructor is bullshite as well. That's a 25K job at best.
