The guy pulled a gun on the cops and the cops shot him.

In a Local news article the police say the have and will release video of the incident.

Domestic terrorism? Oh hell no, don't go making up new crimes. We've got enough crimes already. Vandalism, burglary, looting, b&e, trespassing, etc. No need to start banging the terrorism drum and trying to make it seem like it's anything more than just some dumbasses being dumbasses

STL got lucky with the vid. Per the STLCo presser cop was given body cam after roll call but was busy and didnt put it on. It was clipped to his car visor. He didnt have his flashing lights on when reporting to the larceny call at the gas station so his dash cam wasn't on either.
