Really, not that big of a deal, but it seems more often than not its 3 days for me now. I know there are deadlines, and when I check out I get confirmation for xx day, and it gets delivered the following day.

Like I said, it's not that big of a deal, it's still free shipping. But every now and then, I really need (or badly want) my items when they are promised.

My question is, do you guys complain or ask for any kind of refund? I mean, it shipped free, so there is not refund on the shipping directly.

Just curious if this happens to anybody else.

Been right on time for me, probably 12 transactions since Christmas time.

I personally never have trouble getting things delivered in two days. However, I know if you complain about this they will extend your prime subscription by one month for free.

Amazon and Ebay have sucked for me on 2-day shipping.

It used to be like clockwork for me, but lately it's not.

More often than not, when they miss, it's been with USPS. Go figure.

It's one extra day and it's essentially free.

This is the definition of first world problems.

Was going to post this. Haha. UPS and FEDEX are 100% USPS more like 70%.

Did it to me last week. Tracking said it would be delivered Tuesday by 8pm, but at 7:00 PM it was still in humble, Texas. Got it the next day though.

Oh, absolutely. I think I made that clear. But part of the deal with prime is free two day shipping, not 3 day. The more it happens the more I feel like I'm not getting my money worth with prime because there are plenty of places that ship free if you don't have a timeline.

EBay is always a third party seller. Amazon is usually the !merchant or fulfilling the order for the merchant with 2-day. So there would be a difference in the process, although it's almost always one of the Big Three carriers.

There's a regional carrier in California that begins with C and they're fast and reliable.

I called a couple of times. They give a free month of Prime if they miss a delivery window. I figure that's fair.

Good to know. If it continues I'll give them a shout. That does sound fair to me.

No, definitely not in the sticks. I mean, BR is probably the sticks for someone from NYC.
