pretty much indicates ancient prophecy to be accurate.

You know that shite is all made up, right?

If someone said it 2000 years ago, it must be right.

Seems like we're very close to fulfilling ancient prophecy.

Why so vague? Give us a number. How many years? Months?

I'm looking in the Bible for prophetic mention of automobiles, trains, phones, computers, jet fighters, nuclear bombs, cruise missiles, the Unites States of America, etc., etc., etc.

Obviously, we should believe they forecasted the end times so perfectly, i.e. right now, because THE MODERN WORLD MATCHES THEIR DESCRIPTIONS SO VERY WELL.

The Bible abd it's prophesies have already been proven true.

Because I start interesting threads. If you could just convince me to start NSFW, teacher/student, or Friday GIF threads, then maybe I'd be banned.

Actually, their description do make sense in relation to modern technology

Some people take words on a page way too literally. Those are just fairy tales.

Two observations:

Jesus Christ IS the true and only Israel, not a mass of land located in the Middle East, so all prophecy must pass through Him to be properly speculated/pondered upon and quite frankly failure to do that makes those who do otherwise appear foolish. He is the fulfillment of ALL things to include the covenant of old but for some reason some wish to continually divide the Body of Christ...He will return, no doubt, but I have serious reservations about the circumstances which many espouse...I don't wish to be rude but how many failed speculations does it take for one to think maybe these people are in error

Secondly, if I am not mistaken the Romans pretty well left Israel in a heap of rubble around 70AD

I love the "Christianity is the ONLY way" theological position

Not trying to convert or preach, but we have a whole lot of non-Christian out there.....namely 2 billion in China and India. Guess they are all screwed

Glad that my higher being is not so obtuse
