I'm assuming figure 9 has the "upper deck" passengers staggered, so that alleviates the leg room issue. Figure 10 actually looks legit for long flights. If I'm guaranteed some personal space to stretch and lay out, I'm all for it. I don't care if someone is above or below me. If I'm on a 5+ hour flight, I'd love the ability to take a relaxing nap (I can't sleep sitting up)

Maybe they should spend their time value engineering how to make planes larger and use less fuel instead of fitting more shite onto planes they have already increased the seats on 10 times
