Being familiar with the topic (I live in NOCO) let me tell you that this bill is bogus. The restrictions will make it unprofitable. They'll be no more than a few dozen patients. That won't support 10 outlets and a grow facility. Who's going to grow the stuff and extract the oils?

I smoke almost all day even through my work week, yes I work full time and in a professional role. It is one of the only things that eases my severe anxiety i would rather smoke something that grows in the damn dirt than take all the pills the doctors are more than happy to hand out. Stop being so damn stubborn old man.
