Your kid's in a government indoctrination prison. Staff won't help or care. Your kids gonna have to break someone's arm before these kids get his message. Keep track of all complaints made when your kid gets suspended or expelled for standing up for himself. It'll help win the lawsuit.

Option 1 - tire iron to the other boy's dad's knees repeatedly in front of the kid while staring him in the eye and shouting "you did this to your dad, kid" as the guy screams in agony

Who they hell takes a lawyer to the school because there kid got in a fight behind the shed. You ask him who won and tell him to toughen up suck it up and beat the shite out of them assholes next time. If you run to the school shouting lawsuit your kid will grow up a pussy who wants to sue everyone for everything.

same here.. 6th grade for me..went on for most of the year then I clocked him in the head with a brick and wailed on him for a couple minutes. He had to get a lot of stitches and I got suspended for a week. Going all out on a little bully bastard does help ya develop into not putting up with anyone's sh*t.

I used to tell my sons that if they ever found themselves facing several attackers at once, the thing to do, before the fighting starts, is to bull-rush the smallest one, take him down, and beat the ever-living shite out of him. The others may throw a lot of punches at your back and the back of your head, but that one kid is going to come out of it looking worse than you do.

Parents of these types are often the worse to deal with though.. there's often a connected reason as to why these kids are the way they are..

Find out who the boys were who did it. Pick out the weakest father. Kidnap him and hold him at a secure black site. Start sending body parts along with warnings to the boys; start simple with fingers and toes, then graduate up to teeth, ears, the nose, eyes, eventually the genitals and organs. Make sure they know that if they send one of yours to the hospital, you send one of theirs to morgue. And make sure little Timmy Sonofabitch knows that he's responsible for his father's death.

You did the right thing by contacting the principle. There are laws on the book now about bullying and trust me, if he doesn't follow thru, and it happens again with any of the same guys, you have a serious lawsuit. Be certain to have the names of the kids involved.

I only got bullied once as a young kid. I think 1st grade or so. 2 kids approached me in the bathroom and forced me to eat soap. I think I fought back, but I vaguely remember it. They were definitely bigger, I pushed them away and ran out.
Nothing ever came of it after that one incident.. and later in high school I was cool with the ones who did it.
Bullying really is ridiculous and shouldn't be tolerated.
Hope you find out the ones responsible and are able to address it right away.
