Some truth to this. He filed an individual chapter 11, not a 13 or 7. Schedules haven't been filed yet but petition indicates assets and liabilities both in the $10-50mm range, which doesn't really tell you much.

He is trying to get out of paying money from lawsuits. It's not the same as a business he owns declaring bankruptcy and still having several other businesses.

And to all of the people saying he doesn't have any money...wow. With all of the "ballers" around this place you would think that people would know what the hell Chapter 11 is. And since no details have come out yet, nobody knows if he's broke or not.

Just saying it is a smaller loop whole than just having creditors when you owe people money because a jury awarded them.
