Whatever race did this is the reason why the opposite race in the city is or is not having hardships and did or did not vote for Trump. And SWB. When I think "Spanish Town Rd", that's not the area I think of. I've accidentally ended up in that area. Stopped at a stop sign and got some very curious stares.

Same here. Used to drive that stretch every day after work. Always during the day, though. I wouldn't want to hang out around there at 1:25 AM.

It's where it hits 19th St, hence 1900 block. You shouldn't need Google Maps to know that.
