He was doing 171 and the Chief said his officer had to go 135 so he could get close enough where the speeder could see his lights.

Am I the only one who sees the huge lie that the Chief is telling? 135<171 and the gap would have been getting bigger.

In a younger stupider time I would ride around at 147 mph. When I passed cops they very rarely pulled out and when they did I had caught an exit before they could catch up to me.

Easy. Gas peddle got stuck.

Oh, that did happen to someone I know. He was feeding his dog outside and rats were stealing dog food and putting it on the engine. Had enough to were it did stick the gas throttle wide open.

You see officer, are you familiar with the term sharting?I crapped my pants, and i'd like to avoid sitting in it any longer than i have to.
Worked for me twice, but i was going nowhere neare 171mph.
