its because nashville is insanely safe downtown, gulch, midtown & 12 south.

east nashville is about the 'least safe' but the ratio of cops to partyers more than makes up for it.

Franklin and Brentwood =/= Nashville, correct?

ETA: Nashville does have some very good schools...Hume Fogg, MLK-Pearl Cohn but they are extremely difficult to get into.

And its a central location for people spread out in the South.

My wife has had 3 friends have theirs here, and none of them are from here or live here. Been great we don't have to pay for hotel and flights

Rather East Tennessee. Middle Tenn is overrated. Wouldn't be a bad place to live though. Much better than that shithole Houston. Rather it than going back home to NOLA too.

I've never been to downtown Nashville without seeing a Bachelorette party, doesn't matter what time of the year it is, it's kind of strange.

Probably depends on time of year and such, during wedding season, I am sure it's probably close to true. There were two in the bar a company rented part of it out for us midweek in July when I was there for a work conference.

Is a great city and all... But only if you're rolling in $100,000/year at 25. Anything under that and you're wasting your time.
