I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 with right at 100K miles, and other than brakes, I have never had to do any repairs to it. I change the oil every 3000-4000 miles.
brace yourself, transmission problems are coming..

4Runner with 200K. Other than normal maintenance I've never had to do anything to it.

4Runners are great. My brother had a 2003 model that ran about 180,000 miles before he sold it. Other than a front axle problem and a dashboard cracking issue, it was trouble free- both of those issues happened right before he traded it. Toyota's mid sized trucks are better than almost everything else they make IMO.
My favorite models were the ones from the late 1990s and the original two door from 1985. I'd have bought a 2014 model if my wife didn't hate the styling. Toyota kind of screwed the new designs up.

I plan on driving this until it's dead and I'm sure I'll just get a new 4Runner when that happens.

2004 Chevy Avalanche with 181,000 miles on it. Have changed the Alternator and Water Pump in the last 10 k, but that's it. I will drive it till it dies as spending 40-50 k on a new vehicle does not appeal to me all that much. Had a 97 4runner before that with 172k on it. Had to replace the engine but that was because I was retarded and didn't change the oil for like 12k miles.

160k on my 2004 4Runner.
Never had anything wrong with it at all and I've driven it hard.
No maintenance light except oil change. I'm talking no issues. Of course, I also take very good care of her.
ETA:
replaced a battery at 100k and switched out my belts at 150k, but that was just preemptive maintenance. Nothing has gone out or broken.
Quite remarkable. So remarkable in fact, that I have pledged allegiance to Toyota for life. This vehicle made it through college for me. That's a lot of road trips and rough driving.

I'm at 50K with my Toyota Tacoma. 0 maintenance besides your normal oil changes, tire rotations, and alignment.
Nice. At 75K on my Tacoma and nothing done except usual maintenance.

Yep.
But I said that about the 2003-2010 body style until it grew on me.
I am buying a Subaru Outback for my next vehicle, but will always keep 1 Toyota in the family.

I have 149,000 on my 2006 Tacoma. In the last 50,000 miles I have replaced the oil, air filter, tires and the only mechanical issue as far as failure; the U-joints.
DIY job, cost me $100. CEL came on, found to have a Bad O2 sensor. I had a working one from a U-pull it raid, $10.
Every 9,500 miles I drain the oil, add in Royal Purple and use a Toyota oil filter. I rotate the tires and Get under the truck and wipe down the frame, the shaft, suspension, everything but the exhaust.
No oil leaks, no seal leaks. All fluids translucent. Take care of your car and stay on top of the issues and it will last you.

I have a 2008 silverado that's almost at 90K. The only thing major that has happened with it, was the computer went out. But other than the normal wear and tear stuff like tires and breaks, it's been great.
I have an under 5 mile drive to work, so I don't put alot of daily mileage on it.

My 2011 Hyundai Sonata is about to hit 110,000 miles. No issues. Haven't ever done anything on it except change the oil, engine air filter, and cabin air filter. Nothing else

Subaru Outback
We have one and like it so far. The interior materials could be better. No problems with it, but we have nowhere near 100,000 miles on it yet. I'll decide if it's a good car in 5 years or so.
I bought it because I needed four wheel drive, wanted something fuel efficient, and everyone who had one said that Subarus are very durable.

05 Nissan Xterra (manual transmission, 4wd) with 130,000 miles and no major issues or problems.
The wife also has an 05 Xterra (automatic, leather package, etc,) 140,000 miles on it. Replaced the transmission about 3 months ago, but I attribute a lot of that to the way she drives.
Both vehicles were purchased new from the dealership before we knew each other, so it was just a weird coincidence we had the same vehicle.
