Robinson had good and bad. Hell, he had that last year. Started terrible and turned it around

I honestly thought we should have kept him

Jason David

To this day I've never seen a Saints CB get beaten and burned as often as he did

To newer fans who thought guys like P-Rob and Corey White were awful, Jason David DEFINED the word awful

And before Jason David there was Tebucky Jones. Another "Name" that we managed to sign away from a championship team that was all too happy to get rid of him.

Looks like Browner and Byrd are going to be next in this line of shame.

I'll go with Wayne Gandy.

Dude seemed like he DGAF. I can only imagine his big fat arse propped up in his leather recliner in the locker room after picking up a couple false starts and a couple holding penalties.

frick that guy.

None but he was thought to be the best player on the team and one of the top 2 or 3 CB's at the time we signed him. Now with him he hasn't shown to be a bust FA, but that may only be because he hasn't played a down in two years and counting.

This is the first I've ever heard about us drafting this kicker. Why on earth did they do that? Was that more common to actually draft kickers in 1979? Just seems so moronic but I guess that's why the franchise was terrible for so many years.
The thinking was that Erxleben would be another Ray Guy punting the ball, plus be a good FG kicker. Rosters were smaller back then and having one guy fill two roster spots appealed to the front office. They didn't do their due diligence, however. Turns out Erxleben had a drinking problem, and didn't perform well under pressure.

TE Kellon Winslow went two picks later in that draft. Joe Montana was taken in round 3.

He doesn't play much of anything else either.

I am only 26 so in my time of following the team I would say my most hated player is Ricky Williams.

Wasted a draft not a pick a draft on a player who never wanted to be here, was a terrible teammate, always hurt, had to address our media with a helmet on because of a social issue that was apparently healed once in Miami.

Aaron always received a lot of hate but as a kid I can not remember rooting harder for a player to be better than he was. I wanted AB to do well to lead the team further than it had been. I wanted to see Deuce and Joe in the playoffs trying to win games. I hoped for him to be that guy that could take us there. I remember his zip passes and arm strength. I remember those couple games where he flashed what it could look like if he ever put it all together...Definitely do not hate AB. Just sad those teams never got one run in the postseason together.

Players I loathe Jonathan Sullivan, Norman Hand, Grady Jackson, Dale Carter.

Jason David single handedly ruined the 2007 season...but I do not think effort was the problem...it is hard to hate someone who tries.

The one that comes to mind as most hated is Aaron Brooks. Something about how he smiled after making bone headed plays really rubbed people the wrong way.

This dude was so fricking bad. Can't believe it took this long for him to be mentioned.

I can't hold hatred for someone who brought us our first playoff win. Was he infuriating at times? Absolutely, but he was also exciting to watch and put points on the board
