Which rookie(s) impressed you the most last night?

For me it was easily Kikaha and Anthony
Both were all over the field..these guys look like the real deal and especially impressed with Kikaha's motor
Marcus Murphy added a shot to the arm like we haven't seen since Sproles and I think he will end up being a better return man, too.

I thought the same thing when I read the title. Kihaha looked to be more dynamic, but Anthony was solid all around.

Swann looked good too, but he needs to clean up grabbing receivers down field. He does show good instincts and breaks on routes pretty well.

I couldn't believe how much Kikaha was in the backfield.
Dude is just a pass rushing natural.
Relentless motor, too.

It looks like we knocked it out of the park at LB
Anthony looks the part of a promising young LB that could be the staple on D
Between those 2, Jordan, Hicks, Lewis, Browner, and hopefully Byrd, we have some talent on D

Jenkins has lots of potential.
Don't forget about Spencer and Williams.
Vaccaro, if in 2013 form, is great.
Ellerbe looked really good week one.
I mean, the defense HAS talent.
We just need Ryan to bring it out of them.

Kikaha is the real deal. He was my favorite pick, and the guy looks legit.
Anthony has been very solid as well. Tyeler Davison has been getting a nice push, dude is strong as an ox. Swann has also been a nice surprise. I really like Murphy on the returns.

This x100 He looked great on that third down play in the first quarter where he undercut the receiver he was back pedaling and as soon as the receiver broke down his feet and turned his hips Swann cut on a dime with a great angle, all in one play showed me he could be great! also hes not a rookie but Kyle Wilson looked great too

Kikaha. Was all over the field.
Whats crazy is that he plays lb'er. And the Saints picked him

If you DVR'd it like I did go back and rewind that first play of the game where Kikaha reads and reacts instantly that its a run play and sprints gets inside his blocker rips through and makes a tackle for a loss that was so badass as his first play in the Superdome hes gunna be a great one reminds me of Cam a little bit but is way more athletic

Kikaha looked good last night. Like he was pissed off. Exactly what this defense needs.

You know what's even crazier.
Wait for it.
Pre-Draft he was learning from the best. He was working out with good ole Scott Shanle.

The two linebackers I love them talented Polynesian, Tungan,Hawaiian dissent players they play with a lot of passion and a high motor! If he stays healthy he's going to be a stud. Anthony just looks like a natural middle linebacker

Definitely noticed Kikaha playing like a savage out there. Anthony was good too even though I wanted the Saints to draft Kendricks instead, I can't complain about his play.

Given the moves made in the offseason, I want to believe attitude had a major impact on last season.

Kikaha and Anthony are clear-cut first picks in this discussion, as they deserve to be. Honestly, a guy I was impressed with and who clearly was hungry to make the team was Edibale. I know he's not a rookie either, but only year 2 and he really stood out compared to those around him. I'm not saying he's going to start, but I think he makes the team and provides solid depth.
