I just want to win in Philly, get that monkey off our back. Anything more than that, it'll be a blessing

let's face it, we have a 5% chance of winning the Super Bowl.

Jesus dude. Does saying that really make you feel better? Are you that big of a vagina that you need to set yourself up for disappointment so if we do lose you don't feel bad? Or can then be right and say I told you so?

You are completely missing the joy of being a fan.

We all know it's gonna be a tough road, but as a fan it feels way better to be optimistic instead of following the national media attitude and the rest of those spineless sheep.

Everything else would be lagniappe for me.

You're so full of shite. So saying that we have a 5% chance of winning the SB would only translate into lagniappe for you if we did actually win? I doubt it dude, so drop the front.

We won SB44 and became champions, so just making the playoffs and winning a game or 2 after going 11-5 is ok with you? Why? Bc we have struggled lately? Bc the media says so? Bc you don't want to get your little feelings hurt when things go wrong? Grow a pair and hope for the best and stop preparing for the worst.

I mean, the Ravens won the god damn Super Bowl last year by beating a rookie QB. News flash! The ravens sucked all year but somehow Flacco got hot and pulled some amazing shite out of his arse while Ray Lewis danced around like a toolbag distracting everyone from how lucky they got.

At this point I'd just be happy if they got the road playoff goose egg off their backs. I have zero allusions they would win a rematch in Seattle.

Not quite at zero for me. We were just there. We know whats waiting for us and what the conditions are like. I don't believe as of today that pete can out coach CSP.

Underdog for sure. But I would give us a bit more than zero% chance to win it.

He certainly out coached the shite out of him in round one. And the #1 seed was on the line.

I understand where you're coming from with this thread, I really do, but the term "fan" is shorthand for "fanatic"...and, as a Saints "fanatic", I refuse to do anything but want to win each and every game.

Is 19-0 or 20-0 unrealistic? Of course. But it just feels, well, wrong to expect a Saints loss. Love 'em too much to do otherwise.

Would love a W and a chance to either punch Seattle in the mouth or play them super close and get some respect back, but realistically I don't see us winning in Philly.

20-0 is unrealistic. Actually, impossible.

I was going to object and say well what if 3 teams go 16-0. But you're right, due to scheduling, it's impossible.

At this point the Saints winning on the road is unrealistic. But hey at one point the Saints winning a SB was unrealistic too. So anything is possible.
