nah i got a lot of friends from there... they take a lot of heat but the people from there are mostly extremely nice laid back people

Never said it was. Simply said I've never met or heard of anyone who didn't. Was just wondering where he did.

FWIW, Cajun and New Orleans food aren't exactly the same. Most people who don't like spicy stuff won't like Cajun period.

cajun food doesnt mean nola food.... they are two different types of cuisines and culinary approaches
fwiw, nola takes on french, creole and indian cooking and makes its own blend of things.
