I'm debating between chicken/sausage gumbo or fried white perch. Give me some ideas.

I did red beans last week.

I got more people coming over this week and one of them is a vegetarian. Screwing up any delicious plans.

If you impose a self-ban on this site, you can come to my house for Gumbo, Jambalya, and even bald eagle if you want.

its like eggs benedict with fried oysters.

i think eggs stanley maybe?

stanley kicks arse - its the cheap lunch counter from the chef boswell that owns Stella! - at a fraction of the price.
