in any event the OP is about how graham has ruined the Hawks run game which, I will repeat, after one game, is ridiculous

so we give up the best weapon for scoring we have because the front office can't draft a center?

No, you trade a really good scoring option for one of the best centers in the league because even the best talent evaluators in the league don't come anywhere near a .1000 batting average and we needed a great center instantly. There was no margin for error. You may not like the result but the reasoning was perfectly sound.

what is ruining their run game is the shitty make shift offensive line, not Graham.

Stop it

Max unger is a good player
31 other teams have managed to get along without him
I doubt seriously they had no other options

Yup. Losing three linemen killed them. Graham not being a good blocker only compounds it but certainly isn't the root cause. Though having Graham is the reason they lost their best lineman (and a first).

I'd be more concerned if we had actually attempted to target the endzone in the redzonr

Wasn't there a fade to Cooks in the endzone when yall were in the redzone? I specifically remember thinking if that was Graham, it would have been a TD. But that was just because it was a little above Cooks head, but had the pass been any lower it would have been an int.

My buddy said Cooks was late getting his hands up and could have caught it. I would have to rewatch it.

Maybe it was?

That was maybe the only play the entire game I specifically thought "Damn, they could have used Graham right there". Not to say the rookie linebacker and Unger haven't been worth it for yall, but that one play stood out in particular.

Yes, they could have used Graham in that spot. I think Coleman has the ability to turn into a redzone target, but he's got some growing to do. Colston looks like poo. They're going to need to figure something out.

So it seems Paddy.
I don't understand a lack of Hill in the RZ or any TE if I remember right.

The good news is I don't think we face another defense that fast this year.

Hill needs a lot more fun. Line him up in the slot. He's more athletic than any of our WR save Cooks

ah shite, you're right.

there you go

By the way my dopey mistake kind of helps me prove my point that we had plenty of red zone threats that season who weren't giant physical specimens.

I think yalls FOH were so okay with trading away Graham and Stills because yall thought Colston would be a good #2 receiver. I don't know what happened, but he does not look good at all.

how about keep graham and draft a center?

Could've drafted Martin last year in a draft full of shite outside of Cooks.
