He outplayed Rashard Robinson last season

Don't get it twisted because of Robinson's off the field issues that Collins played better. Go rewatch the Ole Miss game & see the work Rashard put in on Laquan Treadwell then come back.

I dont remember Richard Sherman being an all-american.

That's because Sherman was splitting time trying to figure out if he was a WR or CB. He also had a knee injury that set him back at Stanford.

You can't just pick one game, you have to include the games against UF and Auburn too.

Collins was the best run stopping CB at LSU last year and has always had good coverage skills. Ball skills have been his issue at LSU. He improved that this past year.

Amari Cooper and Sammy Coates both said he was the best CB that they faced this year and said it wasn't close.

I do think he would be a heck of a safety though because of his range and physical play.

Good measurables, poor instincts. If he figures out how to play, he will be worth a late first.

That's a big "if".

I think he actually exceeded expectations at LSU. Being a no name from Mississippi. Dude has all the physical attributes you would want. I'mnot saying for the saints to get him, but iI think he will be a good player. And probably better than some of the cbs the saints have put out on the field in the last decade.
