Just heard on Moscona that there have been multiple reports from GM that has stated the Saints are very interested in trading up in the draft to get one of these two guys.

I'm pretty sure in some of our trade mocks we established that it would only take our third rounder to move up into the early 20s. I see that as the route we take as opposed to trying get any higher than that. I wouldnt be mad at all especially with an extra 5th rounder

I'd be cool with trading up into the early 20's to get a WR or CB that we covet. Maybe if Barr falls into the 20's as well

In a deep draft that's particularly deep at WR, it's hard to imagine a team like the Saints (that hasn't had a full allotment of picks for multiple drafts now) packaging picks to move up for a WR in the first.

Smacks of moving up for Ingram, IMO, a guy we paid a price for who gets beat out by PT and (soon) KR, both of whom were undrafted.

I find it odd that ODB's name is not associated w this rumor as well, just lee and cooks. I guarantee you saints love them some Odell too

This is based off a tweet from Detillier. It really doesn't mean much.

They really shouldn't have pushed the Draft back...Tonight would have been the night where we actually see what the Saints wanna do.

Definitely the Saints MO, I just don't think they wouldve come out with it if it were the case. Maybe trying to get Philly and/or KC to move up and grab a WR hoping someone they really want will fall.

The report isn't very meaningful to me. GMs let info out that they want to let out.

This is probably an attempt by someone who doesn't want/need a WR to raise the temperature on WRs so that some teams will feel the need to move up for a WR causing other positions fall.

A lot of rumors you will hear in the next two weeks are false or fabricated

I would be surprised if Cooks, Beckham, and Lee are all gone by the time the Saints pick.

Yep. I definitely want a WR in 1st. There are a lot of good ones and it's tough to make a choice. I would still take Matthews. I saw one interview with him where he said he watched our entire 2011 game film this year. Want to run the 3 vertical
Route. Imagine him graham and Colston all running very on one side with stills on the other one on one
