Saints declined #18 pick for Cooks

I'm told the #Titans offered the #Saints the No. 18 overall pick for Brandin Cooks, and it was turned down, per source.

Also, i wouldn't be surprised if we let it get closer to draft night so these teams will really feel the heat and hopefully make an irrational proposition.

Apparently the source of this is not OP, but John Hendrix, a Saints reporter for the Sun Herald. It is directly from his twitter. Unless OP is John Hendrix?

If true maybe they just don't feel any pressure to get a deal done and will hold out until closer to the draft.
