To me he is the BPA, and that is what the Saints are known for.
Good point there. If we are picking like the Saints, then let's pick like the Saints.

Why were the letters switched up? That's gonna make the tallies confusing. Either way, my pick is:

Does Sua-Filo or Grubbs have any experience playing Center? If so, it would be a home run pick

Morgan Moses could be an option here too.

Considering our cap future, we'd be stupid not to pick Xavier here.

I think due to the Saints BPA philosophy and future need, the two options truest to philosophy here are Timmy Jernigan and Xavier Su'a-Filo.

D - Jernigan

Too be honest, if Jernigan is on the board, I think we are running to the podium.

I think OT is value priced for us over the next 3 years. Doubt they touch it for now

Serious question as I didn't read up on that aspect, but can he play guard or center also?

We definitely don't need another tackle as we are set(and cap locked) for 3 more years there. No way you draft a guy in the first to definitely be a backup for 3 years. 2 years I could see, but 3 years no way.

I'll do some quick Jernigan & Nix review comparison...

Reputable Big Board Rankings Jernigan/Nix

17/23
18/23
27/15
31/20
18/24

I prefer Nix if we're rolling to more 3 man fronts, Jernigan a true 4-3 DT potential star

Guard makes a lot of sense imo. They are going to be really expensive over the next few years.

Our D-line is a bright spot and young...but Jernigan is very good value as well.
