He wants to be paid like a top 5 safety, but his play doesn't reflect that. If someone is offering a decent pick for him, you'd have to consider it.

I don't like this at all. But if they feel Bell and Williams are the guys then it doesnt make much sense to pay him a big deal. At the very least, let's see what we can get.

vaccaro is an OLB, not a safety.

Honestly this seems like a headline that Lacanfora thought up during the preseason but wanted to wait till the actual games started to put it out there. And even though it doesn't make any sense, he was still like frick it.

If true it makes me think the fire sale is about to be on and we need to prepare for 3-5 year rebuild. It's coming eventually. Hate it but it's probably time.

Honestly I thought we were gonna blow it up at least a year ago. I hate to be negative because I love the saints and I'm thankful for what we got under Payton and Brees, but Brees is not gonna be around forever. He's got a couple of good years left at best, and if we keep him it's gonna cost a fortune and we'll remain saddled with personnel holes all over the field. This team needs a major overhaul soon and I'm not sure current management, ownership, and Payton are up to the task.
