Even if she did she win she would not get control of the teams. The NFL and NBA have already approved the Gayle plans and if a court made them invalid, I highly doubt they let 3Rs back in the picture. If the 3Rs pulled off a legal miracle, then I would be willing the bet that the NFL and NBA force them to sell. However, since Tom has been declared competent and multiple judges have upheld his moves then I highly highly highly doubt that the 3Rs could win if they contested the will.

Rita is a flake and couldn't pour piss out of a boot with direction on the heel. She was unable to even occasionally show up to work on time and is very clearly emotionally unstable.
