Outside the Super Bowl and 09 playoff games, what are some of your fav Saints games?

My first game that I ever went to as a kid was the Joe Horn cell phone game, so that's obviously up there. Blowing out the Patriots in 2009 after their fans talked all that smack was another.

First Road playoff WIN vs the eagles is pretty underrated. The target on the bus riding into the stadium. Keenan Lewis warming up shirtless pre game. Popeyes ritual. Completely locked down Chocolate chip Kelly and Foles who had been on fire all season. They couldn't move the ball until Keenan got hurt in the second half....One of the guttiest wins of the Payton era

-2006 NFC Divisional against Philly where Reggie got JACKED UP on that screen but we later achieved victory to advance to our first NFC Title game(remember where I was when I watched it, we all thought we'd beat Chicago and advance to the SB)
-2010 Thanksgiving against Dallas where Drew connected with Lance for the game-winner with under 2 min remaining
-2010 week 16 where Drew connected with Jimmy Graham for the game-winner and our defense shut down that high-powered Atlanta offense in the Georgia Dome to hand them one of their 3 regular season losses
-2011 week 16 against Atlanta where Brees broke Johnny U's TD streak record and Marino's single-season yard record and Sproles broke the single-season yards from scrimmage record as we destroyed the Falcons in the Dome. That was a seminal moment for Saints fans with all the history being made in one of our most remarkable seasons.

I bought season tickets from a friend in 2009. I remember after blowing out the Giants that year we were 5-0 and chanting how we were going to Superbowl after the game. A Giants fan told us to slow our roll.

Well.

That happened. It was that game that I realized we were watching something special that year.

And this one

Hakim drops the ball

Wasn't there but remember watching it and jumping out my chair when it happened.

I'm probably in the minority, but other than Hartley's kick, I kind of hated that NFCCG. They outplayed us aside from the 5 turnovers, and if it wasn't for Favre being Favre at the end there, game over.

I was so sick to my stomach before the Porter pick. Heavenly providence that we won that game.

The first Saints game that I ever went to was the first ever playoff win against the Rams in 2000. I was 12, and I went to the game with my Dad. It was just one of those magical nights and special memories that I will always treasure. After that we bought season tickets, and we only missed 2 home games for the next about 10 years.

1987, spectacular year in the annals of Saints football until they got arse-raped by an 8-7 Vikings team 44-10 in the Dome recall Rich Gannon even gained playing time that game

How our team defeated one of the greatest offenses in the history of football(2000 Rams) beats me but it was an incredible moment that wasn't sustained the next week against the Culpepper/Moss Vikes

I WAS THERE

Waymer picked off Elway right in front of us.

I remember that win put us at 9-3 and in great position for the playoffs. Go 1-3 to finish 10-6, 3 way tie for the west, and miss the playoffs.
