I've seen cadavers. They're pretty gross, and that's going to be on the field.

Anyone who has had a blown ACL repaired in the last 20 (+) years has a ligament from a cadaver. Prevents the need to do 2 procedures (remove and replace)on the same patient.

I've had it done twice.

Dr Andrews typically harvests the patella tendon from the uninjured( contralateral) knee. The hamstring graft from the injured side can also be used
