(2/3) At spring practice in '12, it happened, so they tighten the knee cap with an Achilles tendon from a cadaver. 'Now, I'm fine.'

He could be a hall of famer, but will likely never see the field.

I've seen cadavers. They're pretty gross, and that's going to be on the field.

Scott Shanle was an actual cadaver and we won the Super Bowl

Yeah, why do I think that we will never hear much from Khairi Fortt?

That's one of the best I've seen in a long time.

Anyone who has had a blown ACL repaired in the last 20 (+) years has a ligament from a cadaver. Prevents the need to do 2 procedures (remove and replace)on the same patient.
I've had it done twice.

Our last 3 picks must have dead dude knees then.

No body in their right mind would opt for a replacement using their own ligament.

Holy shite!!!

Is the tendon going to count against the 53 man roster? If so, horrible pick.

Dr Andrews typically harvests the patella tendon from the uninjured( contralateral) knee. The hamstring graft from the injured side can also be used
