No no...I'm not his pilot. I work for an airline. I've been to dinners, parties, social gatherings many times with Payton. It's no secret with the ones who know these guys, that they are not close anymore. Like I said in my initial post, I have no idea how this will turnout. I do know he would like to stay, but, egos are definitely involved. Money always rules. If Payton had any say in this matter, he would stay and move Loomis to a position that does not deal with player decisions. I'm not saying that will happen as the Benson family is very loyal to Loomis. This could end in number of different scenarios and I do not have the answer to that.

Even if I had known "Mr. Payton" my entire life, I would still call that man, "Mr. Payton". He's a Super Bowl winning coach and one of the best coaches in the NFL. Show some respect.
