For me, it was after the Dallas game, I think SFP or someone started a thread about the offense possibly being figured out. I knew it probably wasn't true, but it really did start to feel like it.

There was 3 years of tape on it at the beginning of last season. If they haven't figured it out yet, they won't.

That's retarded. The #1 offense all but one year since Payton got here (3rd that other year). It's not like they didn't have struggles in that span (see: beginning of 07). There's nothing to "figure out" about the offense, it's just really good.

Scariest moment was Greer on the bench in the SB.

I know, but a small part of me thought it was possible based on the previous 2 games

Chester Taylors's run in the 4th quarter of the NFC Championship game, which got the Vikings into field goal range.

Thank everything Holy that Favre is Favre, and Vilma is Vilma.

you might be referencing the long thread i started about how I didnt think the offense should rest at the end because of the way they played vs TB and Dal, considering we had a bye week locked up and the player could rest on that week.

maybe SFP did start something though, IDK

for me, the scariest part was knowing Favre was about to get Minn into FG range to win the game..

Yeah...and then we got into OT and the scariest part was knowing that a trip to the SB was resting on our emo kicker's leg......That was pretty scary.

being down 10 early to Indy was kind or heart wrenching as well, we were a bad play away from having to come out of a really deep hole

The NFCCG. Those Minnesota drives that the refs kept alive were deflating.

This. I can't imagine another sporting event being more tense than this game. The apprehension and tension in the dome during the 4th Quarter and OT was so palpable it was almost surreal.

Anyone who says anything other than this is lying or just hasn't thought it through.

When the Vikings got into field goal range in the NFCCG. I just kept thinking "this wonderful amazing season after all that this is the way it ends?"

thank God it didn't.

I said then that we were resting guys and scaling back the playbook, but SFP and has band of morons wouldn't listen...

I just hated losing to Dallas, we were resting starters and got that sinking feeling...When Kurt Warner got knocked the frick out I knew we were going to at least the SB....

Just the overall fact that we were getting outgained v the vikes and that we didn't make them pay for the turnovers like i thought we might. that was just a scary game. Although, just settlling in my seat and having AZ blow us up for a TD was not a ton of fun.
