If I were him, I'd sell the Saints, eliminate the trust funds (if there are any), spend every dime before I died. That way, the wife doesn't get a cent, and neither do the children.

Really? That would be a good start on repaying back the hundreds of millions in "welfare payments" that have been paid to the Bensons because they owned the Saints and constantly threatened to move them.

I'm not sure how I feel about this.
Rita and co might be assholes, but if they really think their father is incompetent, they're within reason to want his health checked.
Gayle seems like a great lady, but she might be influencing Tom to her own benefit. (I'm not saying that's a bad thing)
I feel bad for the old man. I've been in the middle of disputes within my own family and it's not pleasant.
