Presumably, the Saints already told Dimke or Graham that they would be waiving them and then signing them on Tuesday.
So Dimke wouldn't be lining up tryouts if he already knows. All signs point to Graham.

Was it Connor Barth who missed that FG in Tampa early last year that would have sealed the game for them? When he missed it we were able to come back and tie/win.

Nah, Barth was out all of last season with an achilles. According to one their beat writers Barth won the job on the field, but the decision to cut him was a financial one.
