Too bad Morestead couldn't do it. He already punts and does the kick offs, one would have to assume he would be capable enough.

pretty sure hes come out several times saying he has the leg for it but hes never had to work on accuracy. theres a reason teams have 2 different types of kickers.

I saw him practicing FGs at a training camp practice a couple of years ago, and it wasn't pretty. Here's a tidbit from his Wiki about him kicking in college:
