I said this before the draft.
Still, I was not happy on draft night with Jones right there. I fell inlove with the pass rush. I didn't realize just how nasty Vacarro was.

I do think there is a real possibility we pick the kid. I know our pass rush was absent last year, but we've been dealing with poor safety play for a while. Even when Jenkins seemed to do ok in coverage, he always seemed a couple of seconds too late to make a play on the ball.

Also I remember saying we were going to pick Vaccaro in the draft thread right before we did and the meltdown started at the thought of drafting him over the savior Jarvis Jones.

I'll admit i was never in love with vaccaro but i was definitely not in favor of Jarvis. i was more of a mingo type guy.

I started a thread after saying I'd happily buy a Vaccaro jersey if he proves me wrong. I was upset at first, but got over it pretty quick. And, it looks like I'll be needing that jersey.
