It just goes to show how clueless we add fans can be. I personally was pissed we didn't get Jones, but I became cautiously optimistic shortly after. But I did have a friend who's a Texas fan telling me how good he was so that helped

You're right buddy. I'm just owning up. People are gonna be frickin people. I could care less. But I was way off on my observation of this kid. I only watched a few Texas games involving him and made a terrible judgement. shite happens!
