Still could be what happened. But I guess you know for a fact he intentionally rear ended him.

Intentional or not he still slammed into the back of Smith's car with enough force to push him into the car in front of him.

And you aren't supposed to follow someone to get their license plate.

And you definitely shouldn't get out of your car with a gun. If you are scared stay in your car.

While all that is true everyone in the situation is trashy. Therefore I won't shed a tear for any of them.

Everyone is free to assume sh!t.
But even if you are the only person on the planet who actually knows closely "everyone in the situation" who exactly asked for your tears?

Read something similar and this why I questioned the validity of a BAL/BAC test post-mortem.

I wonder how much time passed before the BAL test was done.

id guess it will still be presented, and paired with commentary good and bad about the process (as well as receipts and witness accounts about drinking)

I would think it would be part of the post autopsy process. Depending on backlog of Orleans Parish morgue, 48-96 hours A.D.?

If NadoJenkins83 is the type of person associated with Hayes and defending him then Hayes likely deserves the chair.

Good God man you are pathetic. You make claims that aren't even true. Clearly have no idea about the physiology of the human body not how things such as alcohol are processed in them, and defend a horrid example of a human being that deserves to rot in jail for the rest of his life from all the facts presented.

May God have mercy on your soul.

People ignore how physiology works. When some dies and blood stops flowing, it isn't like its a time capsule where everything freezes in place. Alcohol isn't really degraded in the body, it is filtered out. If it's not removed then of course it's going to seem more concentrated than it really was.

Unless blood was taken within a short period of time after death and analyzed, the number isn't really anywhere near accurate. Smith may have very well been legally over the limit, but it's guaranteed he wasn't three times over the limit at the time of his death.

Will Smith is no hero of mine, but a thug in the truest sense is the guy that comes out of his car brandishing a weapon after he rams another person from behind.

Also, not everything you posted is true. The only thing we know for sure is your boy came out of his car with a loaded weapon, threatened will smith with it and shot him and his wife. That is the FACTS that are known.

BAC post-Motrin is in no way accurate as others have stated and provided links.

At least LE and that other dumbass did the smart thing and have just shut up. You'd do well to just give it up.
